Orders and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders with a "Ready To Ship" product will ship to the customer 1-3 days after placing the order.

"Made To Order" and "Custom Orders" products will need a longer processing time, as I begin production. Typically, it is 4-6 weeks after the customer has successfully placed the order.

Can I change the shipping address?

There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for my protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address when placing your order.

If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address.

If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS/UPS/FedEx to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS/UPS/FedEx website. You will be responsible for the fees charged.

If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered. The customer will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received.

Lost package?

Lost packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please message me for help.

If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. I am NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS/UPS/FedEx losing an order. YOU will have to file a claim with them if something is lost.

When will my items be delivered?

With each order, I provide tracking numbers for the customer to have the ability to track their delivery. Please refer to your email inbox with the tracking number.

Do you ship outside the US?

I currently ship to the following:

  • United States (50 States)
  • Puerto Rico
  • US Virgin Islands
  • Armed Forces - Americas
  • Armed Forces - Europe

Return & Exchanges Policy

What's your return policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

If you have a problem with your order, you have 24 hours after it has been delivered to contact me if there is any problem with your order.

If there is an error on my part, the buyer is responsible for shipping the order back to me - I will fix at no charge to the customer.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Once the order has been placed, the customer has 8 hours to make any changes to the order. After 8 hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations.

Care Instructions

NOTE: These instructions are also on each product page. Please read in its entirely. These handmade products will last a lifetime, if taken care of properly.

Care Instructions:
Handle with care. Hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. Not microwave safe. Avoid extreme heat & cold. Do not soak. Do not drop. Do not leave in your car.

I Broke my cup, can you fix it?

If you do fail to follow the Care Instructions provided and your tumbler does need a repair – You will be responsible for the shipping fees and any fees incurred once the tumbler has been salvaged.

But unfortunately this does happen and I am willing to do what I need to do get you back your tumbler in pristine condition. Ultimatley I want you to be happy :)

Additional Policies

Handmade Policy

All products are one-of-a-kind and not factory manufactured. Please remember that these are hand-crafted and there will possibly be some small imperfections. As a result, you might find a stray piece of glitter, dust, bump, bubble, or chipped paint. I do, however try my hardest to prevent all imperfections.

*NOTE that colors may appear differently on screen/phones.

Custom Order Policy

PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE I CAN BEGIN YOUR CUSTOM ORDER.

Please be as specific as possible when giving information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler.

I cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.

Payment Policy

Melon Momma Designs LLC keeps your payment information secure. I never receive your credit card information.

All orders must be paid in full before shipment on RTS tumblers. Custom orders must be paid in full, including shipping before I begin the process.

Accuracy Policy

The images, descriptions, and measurements you will find on my site have been used to best portray the products I sell. I must advise that although we try our upmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of my products cannot be 100% accurate.
